There is nothing very new about this six week weight-loss program. We all know we're supposed eat right and exercise. Actually doing it is a different matter. Sometimes we need to have our hands held to make the right choices and that is where this book does get it right. Mr. Venuto has created goals for different body types and fitness levels. It's not a one size fits all program. It provides coaching through various fitness activities and provides meal planning advice and recipes. The diet is practical in that it does not promote a low-calorie diet that no one can follow without starving. Additionally, it's not a terribly restrictive diet. The diet plan even includes foods that are believed to help burn fat. Mr. Venuto provides information on why some foods are beneficial for weight loss and why others should be avoided. Don't be fooled, however, into thinking that by following the food recommendations you will automatically get the body you've always dreamed of. It's going to take work.
