Where to start on this section? There are a ton of ridiculous diets out there that claim to help with rapid weight loss. Weight loss marketing gurus know how hard it is to lose weight, and also realize how lazy some people can be. No one really wants to sweat it out in the gym or eat salads and egg whites just to lose a measly pound or two week. At least not when they hear they can lose weight fast by eating subs everyday or consuming apple cider vinegar before meals! When it comes to weight loss, people will try just about anything as long as it's quick and easy.

Ridiculous diets are everywhere, so beware. The saying goes 'If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.' Every time you read about the latest, greatest diet, keep that thought in your head. Don't get me wrong, you can follow fad diets for a week or two, and probably even lose a couple of pounds; but very soon, the unrealistic restrictions and rules will start to get to you, and the weight will come right back.
